The Baptist Student Ministries (M2E-B) are pleased to announce their Annual General Assembly, which will take place on July 11 and 12, 2026, in Abomey-Calavi.
This major annual gathering will bring together members of the Board of Directors, missionary staff, and department heads around a common goal: to review the 2025–2026 fiscal year, evaluate initiatives carried out in the field, and define the key priorities for the 2026–2027 fiscal year.
During these two days of work, several key events are on the agenda:
📖 Presentation of activity reports from the various departments;
📊 Evaluation of actions carried out over the past year;
💰 Presentation and adoption of the 2026–2027 projected budget;
🤝 Strategic discussions on expanding our mission among high school and college students.
The General Assembly will conclude with Operation Gaius, a special gathering with M2E-B’s current and future partners. Inspired by the biblical example of Gaius (3 John 5–8), this initiative aims to present the organization’s vision, accomplishments, and projects, while mobilizing more people to support the missionary work through prayer, counsel, and resources.
We ask for your prayers for this important gathering, that the Lord may grant wisdom, discernment, and unity to all participants, so that the decisions made may contribute to the advancement of His work among schoolchildren and college students.
